Exchanges and ReturnsOur policy lasts 14 days and is for EXCHANGE ONLY.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- unused;
- unopened;
- in the same condition that you received it;
- in its original packaging;
- sealed in the original cellophane wrap, when applicable.
Products that have been opened, sprayed, tested, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged, including:
- lotions;
- decants;
- fragrance samples;
- discovery kits;
- sale items;
- gift cards;
- candles;
- soaps;
- body products;
- any item marked as final sale.
To complete your exchange, you will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial RefundsThere are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, if applicable and approved at our discretion:
- obvious signs of tampering;
- the cellophane wrap has been opened;
- the item is not in its original condition;
- the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery;
- the product packaging is damaged, incomplete, or no longer suitable for resale.
Please note that partial refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Defective ProductsThere are rare cases where a perfume atomizer, bottle, cap, or packaging may be defective.

- photos or videos showing the issue;
- a short description of the problem.
After reviewing the proof of the issue, we will do our best to correct the situation.
Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution.
RefundsRefunds are only available in limited cases and must be approved by us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing RefundsIf you have not received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

Sale ItemsOnly regular-priced items may be considered for refund or exchange, if applicable.
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, clearance items, and final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
ExchangesWe only replace items if they are eligible under this policy.

ShippingYou will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed PackagesWe are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is missing after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
We are happy to assist by providing any necessary documentation or support to help facilitate your claim, but the final resolution must be handled through the carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
